Terms of service
Welcome to Basketball 100 Limites ("B100L", "we"). By using this site and our services (camps, private and small-group training), you agree to the terms below.
Last updated: 2026-05-25
1. Acceptance
Using the site and booking an activity constitute your full acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Waiver.
2. Eligibility
Our activities are for ages 12 to 17. Every minor must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who acts as the account holder and accepts the financial and legal obligations tied to the booking.
3. Parent account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. All activity under your account is deemed yours. Information provided (name, email, phone, child data) must be accurate and up to date.
4. Bookings
Any booking holds a spot for your child for the chosen camp or session. The spot is only confirmed once payment by Interac e-Transfer is received.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where relevant. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer only, following the instructions sent by email and shown in your parent account. Camp: payable at the latest 48 hours before start. Private or small-group session: at the latest 48 hours before the session.
6. Late payment
An automatic reminder is sent at the payment due date. Without payment received within 24 hours after the reminder, the reservation is automatically cancelled, the spot is released and offered to the waitlist. You may re-book while spots remain.
7. Cancellation by the family
Camp or private / small-group session — More than 5 days before the activity starts: full cash refund. Less than 5 days before start (but before the activity begins): 50% of the amount paid is refunded in cash. After the activity starts: no refund. One rule applies to all activities. Payment is due 5 days before start; if unpaid by then, the spot is automatically released.
8. Cancellation by B100L
If we must cancel a private or small-group session (weather, force majeure, safety conditions, etc.), the family can choose between a full cash refund or a free reschedule. Basketball 100 Limites camps are not normally cancelled. If, due to exceptional force majeure (public health, loss of venue, government order, etc.), a camp must nevertheless be cancelled by B100L, the family can choose between a full cash refund or a free reschedule to a later camp.
9. Code of conduct
All participants must respect coaches, other players, equipment and facilities. Any violent, disrespectful, discriminatory or dangerous behavior may result in expulsion without refund.
10. Intellectual property
The name "Basketball 100 Limites", the logo, the texts, photos and videos on this site belong to B100L or their authors. Reproduction or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.
11. Image rights
During activities, photos or videos may be taken for promotion (site, social media, marketing material). Details and the right of withdrawal are spelled out in the Waiver.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B100L and its representatives are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. The waiver of liability specific to sports activities is detailed in the Waiver.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date is shown at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance.
14. Governing law
This document is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws. Competent courts: Montreal, Quebec.
